Happy New Year 2012
Happy New Year! (and a very belated Merry Christmas/ Happy Hogswatch. )
It is the Year 2012, and well it is a new start to most people's lives.
May it be a Career/school or A family, Moving countries or New friends.. Becoming Single and that token ladies man or sexy woman.. Or starting a new relationship. The new year is defiantly a chance for new beginnings. We spent our new years eve night reflecting on 2011 but now we must push onwards, enough of the past and push on to the future. Also.. I wouldn't recommend making a new yeas resolution, people do not stick to them.. JUST DO IT. You want to lose weight? JUST DO IT! Want to go and travel? JUST DO IT! want to study art or science or whatever? JUST DO IT! no umming... just do it. This is the year for doing what you most wanted to do. For example, I have always desperately wanted to go to Disneyland for my birthday, I have been a saving, and I am a quarter of a way there.
Those who wondering what Hogswatch is, its a celebration in the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett, a celebration much like our Christmas, But well, instead of milk and cookies. You would put out sherry and pork pies for the hogfather and some turnips for his little piggies who pull his sled.
Anywho, I hope you all have a very good year this year and may all your dreams come true, well the ones you work towards.
