Okay soooooo!! I am getting back in exercise and well I want to kind of document it.. I am not looking to lose weight, I am looking to tone up, gain some muscle and a healthier lifestyle!
So currently I weigh 76kgs.. Which is the right weight for my height! Which is 180cm :3 I just wanna be able to wear a bikini and not feel like bleghar.
